User Agreement
Welcome! Thank you for choosing NovelClip (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). As a pure, convenient and user-friendly novel promotion application, we aim to provide you with high-quality promotion services.
Account System
For fair and sustainable operation, accounts are for personal use only and shall not be shared or resold. Any detected public sharing or resale of accounts will result in account cancellation or suspension to avoid unnecessary disputes. We kindly ask all users to abide by this agreement.
You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.
Membership Activation
Membership content is classified as virtual goods and is non-refundable, in compliance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) regarding digital content.
Purchasing second-hand accounts from third parties is strictly prohibited, as such accounts may be subject to suspension or termination without prior notice.
Prohibited User Conduct
When using the Application and/or its services, you shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, this User Agreement, and relevant rules. You shall not engage in, or facilitate, any of the following behaviors:
（1）Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that endangers national security, undermines social stability, violates public order and morality, or contains insults, defamation, obscenity, violence, or any content violating national laws and regulations;
（2）Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes upon others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legal rights;
（3）Misleading or deceiving others by fabricating facts or concealing the truth;
（4）Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating advertising information or spam;
（5）Other behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations, including but not limited to non-compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
Entry into Force and Modification of the Agreement
Your use of the Application's services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. The latest version of the Agreement will be available on the relevant service pages.
Following any modification to the Agreement, your continued use of the Application or its services will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not accept the modified Agreement, you shall cease using the Application and its services.
We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice of any material modifications to this Agreement, in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. For detailed information on how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to processing, in accordance with GDPR provisions.
Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been infringed.
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for resolving disputes related to this Agreement.
Other Provisions
（1）Please read this Agreement carefully and assess risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement under the supervision of their legal guardians. The final interpretation and amendment rights of these terms belong to NovelClip.
（2）This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the matters stipulated herein and other related matters. Except as provided in this Agreement, no other rights are granted to any party.
（3）If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding.
（4）Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall be ignored in the interpretation of this Agreement.
（5）This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state where you reside.
